These Terms & Conditions apply to tutoring services provided by TL Maths Tomasz Lechowski.
1. Tutoring Services
TL Maths provides online mathematics tutoring and related educational services.
Lessons may be delivered by Tomasz Lechowski or by another tutor working with TL Maths.
2. Arranging Lessons
Tutoring is arranged individually by contacting TL Maths.
The website www.ibmathematics.org does not provide an online booking or purchasing system.
The price, tutor, lesson schedule and payment arrangements are agreed with the client before tutoring begins.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are agreed with the client when tutoring is arranged.
If TL Maths or a tutor cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or any payment made for that lesson will be refunded.
4. Students Under 18
Tutoring for students under 18 should be arranged with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Our Child Protection Policy applies to all tutoring involving minors.
5. Academic Integrity and Results
Tutors provide educational support but cannot guarantee particular examination results, grades or university admissions outcomes.
Tutors will not complete assessed work on behalf of students or provide assistance that breaches school, university or examination-board academic integrity rules.
6. Online Lessons
Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and learning environment.
TL Maths is not responsible for technical problems outside its reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where an agreement is concluded at a distance, consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
If you ask for tutoring to begin during this period, you request that the service begins before the withdrawal period has expired.
Where a service has been fully performed with your prior agreement and in accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal in respect of that completed service may no longer apply.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.
